Reviewed on 1st August 2016I have used Oakwood parking lots of times over the past couple of years, and always a good experience. I arrived back from holiday last Saturday 30th July to find the airport and carpark in chaos, the driver apologised for being late to pick us up, even although it wasn't his fault, the traffic was horrendous. He kept calm and courteous, his phone was going none stop with people arriving at the depot and arriving at the airport, but he dealt with it all in a calm friendly manner. I would recommend this service to anyone. And a big thank you to the driver last Saturday.

Reviewed on 31st July 2016Easy to find and the bus was there waiting to whisk us to the airport, 5 minutes drive away. Just missed the bus on return journey, but it was back within 10 minutes. Good service all round and I would certainly use it again.

Reviewed on 31st July 2016Good value for money compared with some of the competition. Slight delay picking us up from the airport upon return. Courtesy Minibus needs clearer markings please. Apart from that, have used Oakwood 4 times before and would recommend.

Reviewed on 25th July 2016Extremely efficient. Was taken to the airport within a couple of minutes of arrival at the car park. Likewise was collected immediately I arrived back. This is much quicker than the Silver Zone parking and shuttle provided by Bristol Airport. My heavy case was loaded onto the minibus for me. I note that some people have complained that the minibus was a bit scruffy. So what! Its more economic that the airport parking and also much much quicker. Would definitely use it again and have recommended it to friends and work colleagues.

Reviewed on 22nd July 2016Great! Turned up @03:45 and was dealt with swiftly and a speedy drop off at the airport. Likewise on the return journey, rang them and was picked up within 5 mins and my car was ready with no hassle. Would definitely recommend over on airport parking.
