Quick prompt key drop off. No hassle and the regular efficient bus transit to the airport still works well.

Good, prompt service. It would have been helpful if the luggage had been lifted into the mini bus on both trips. This happened when being collected from airport but not on journey to the airport. Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

Always an excellent service! Could possibly do with a small shelter for customers waiting for the shuttle when raining etc.

Have used many times. Easy to book on the website. Friendly service. Only one thing that could be better is that when arriving back to pick up the car, that it would be nearer the minibus drop off, and told where the car is. Have had to go search for our car around the car park.

Great service.

We came back on a rainy and windy day. We waited at the airport for the minibus and on arrival none of the 2 staff came off to help the passengers with the luggage or at least to open the doors for us. There were 3 families all with small kids. At the site, again no help. All of the cars were parked far away and again, same 3 families with kids and suitcases had to wonder around the car park through the rain and wind to find their cars. Maybe on pick up, keep them closer to the drop off point. A little bit of consideration and empathy would have been much appreciated.

Quick and easy to check in. Reliable service Good value for money. Could do with a covered area to wait in especially early morning in the rain.
