Excellent couldn't fault the service wasn't waiting around to be picked up, going and coming home from airport would book again.

This was a great experience and something different from the norm booking on-line was easy and a lot less than the others we pulled up at Oakwood parked the car up and we were taken straight to the terminal in a mini bus by a nice gentleman how put you at ease,when we returned back we phoned Oakwood and they were there in a flash no hanging around everything was smooth and simple excellent job Oakwood. WELL DONE.

Excellent when returned service 5 stars power washed windows so we could see when leaving really great service will return to oakwood parking keep good work up.

Very small car park. All good quick tranfers - no problems at all.

Great service as always. Very quick transfer as so close to the airport. Had to wait on return for minibus to come back as we missed the first one. This was not your fault, but due to the inefficient Passport Control system at Bristol Airport causing long queues to get out.

Very prompt turnaround times to and from the airport and competitive pricing. The only failing was the state of the car on return I did not notice at the time because it was dark but the inside drivers side mats and pedals were plastered in mud this could have been avoided if they used paper mat covers like garages do.

Very helpful and efficient handling of our booking. The entrance/exit point was extremely 'tight' and overcrowded, although to be fair several planes were late due to a strike of French Air Traffic Control, which must make organisation very difficult.

Fantastic...we made a mistake and had to get the boss out of bed at midnight the lady driver sat us down with a cuppa while we waited and they sorted us out with smile. We will be using you again thanks.

I would like to say park and go did what it said on the tin and delivered in every way. We were very happy with the service and will be using park and go next time we fly from Bristol.

No problems with parking, place is easy to find and drop of and pick up fairly quick. The minibus is a little bit tatty but guess it does the job and it is only a 5 minute journey. Would definitely use again.
