First class treatment on arrival and collection, we didn't have to wait when we got back to the airport the minibus was already waiting. We shall definitely use Oakwood again.

Good service going out. On return people were phoning to say they were ready for pick up before going through customs. Their names were then first on the list for picking up even though they were still in luggage collection. We had to wait 45 mins for our turn as we followed the correct procedure and rang as soon as we cleared customs. We sat looking at the half full mini bus while the driver waited 10 minutes to follow her list. We feel it should be first at the bus stop gets priority as it is only 10 mins away. We could of been taken back and the driver would of still been back in time for those who had phoned before us. People arrived at the pick up 10 - 15 minutes after us and got priority. If the system was different then we would be very happy with the service.

The service was excellent parked car simple, lift to airport Quick no waiting about. On return phoned picked up within 5 minutes and car was waiting to load and head home we will definitely be using Oakwood again.

No bells and whistles but an efficient service where everything went to plan. Good value and the car park is so near the airport you could almost walk the transfer! Waited about 5 minutes for transfer to airport and less than 5 minutes to be picked up. No complaints and would use again.

As soon as we arrived our luggage was put into the mini bus and we were told to have a great holiday handed over our car keys and we were off. We were in the mini bus for a few minutes. When we arrived home I phoned the company to collect us they were there waiting. Excellent experience.

It was very muddy not clear where to park when arrived. No toilets. But they did pick us up very quickly late at night . Would not use again.

Very friendly and very quick to take to and pick up from airport. Bit upset when I got back to my car though, as it was filthy muddy, both inside and out. Looked like it had been driving through a very muddy field.
