Have used Oakwood parking for years now. Never had a bad experience. Simple & so convenient to use. Thank you for making my holidays stress free!

The drop off and bus journey to and from the airport are spot on. The only reason for three stars is for the second time in a row, on returning to collect our car, we had difficulty finding it and when we did it was blocked in by other cars. This meant going back to the office to ask if the cars could be moved before we can start our trip home. For some reason it looks like our car was not moved ready for collection, twice.

Great service, very quick shuffles back and forth to the airport and friendly staff! Only down side is the ground is very muddy meaning dirty shoes, suitcase and car footwell.

For the past 14 years, I’ve used Oakwood parking and have never had any reason to complain. Service is good, car is safe. I definitely recommend them.

This was probably the best airport parking experience that I've had. The car park is SO close to the airport, and the transfers are so frequent and convenient that I actually had too much time in the airport as I've planned for a worst-case scenario! Very good value too. Thanks guys!

Great set up. Really close to the airport. Faster than the on-site Silver Zone which I used last time. Will definitely book Oakwood again.

Great service, guy on the way to the airport was not massively friendly but the pick up guy was. He prioritised people that had been waiting for a while. Only one person working on new years eve which was annoying as wet had to wait a while with young kids on a cold night. Generally a really good service however.

Absolutely brilliant. I have used and will always use Oakwood every time I travel from Bristol Airport. Really friendly service, and really quick drop off and pick up service. Keep up the good work guys.

I feel this service is not as good as it was previously. The area was very muddy and therefore unpleasant for shoes and luggage. There was a long wait with a large queue to get the transfer to the airport initially, so we decided to walk instead. The wait for the transfer from the airport back to the car park was not long on our return thankfully. However, I found it incredibly unprofessional that the driver voiced his irritation at customers call for transfers from inside the airport throughout the journey back to us. This may be amusing/off loading for him, but as a company, perhaps they should look at ways to improve the communication with their paying customers rather than complaining at the perceived stupidity of them.

I’ve parked with Oakwood numerous times in the past, but probably won’t in the future. Phoned the minibus as asked at the drop and go and was told he was a couple of minutes away. Over 10 minutes later we could see a minibus pull up and pull in away from where we dropped off (we were told to wait where we were dropped at). Walked up to bus and there was also quite a few people needing to get on. Driver seemed in a mood. He was sarcastic and quite rude. Telling us that we entitled holiday makers. Also selfish. I don’t think he went down well with the crowd of people on the bus. The area you drop your car off is muddy and uneven, could do with resurfacing. The price is not competitive anymore, so will probably go somewhere else now.
