Marvellous service, works like clockwork. Very pleasant drivers. Definitely recommend and use in the future.

The service was simple and awift. Will use Oakwood again.

Everything went well. Pick up/ drop off quick. Only concern would be in wet weather the ground would be muddy and likely difficult to drag suitcases?

Drop off organisation was great and stress free. Pick up waa a little less pleasant. Only one bus running snd had to wait 20 mins as only bus pulled off as we got to car park unfortunately. No queuing arrangements so we were only one there when we just missed bus but then there were a lot more people waiting before bus arrived and he pulled the bus further down the parking area so we were running to ensure we got a space. Bus driver was not at all friendly in fact quite rude and abrupt which was not very nice. I understand his job is repetitive but I work in customer service and you need to put your ‘friendly face on’ even when you are not feeling it. Please accept this review in the constructive way it is meant. Thank you.

Top place to leave your car. Good price and very good transportation to and from Bristol Airport.

Easy to find, easy to drop of, mini buses both way were really quick. We weren’t using in peak times so was quiet and fast! The only thing is to check your car isn't blocked in on return, other than that highly recommended.

Very good service. Easy to book and reasonable price. The buses run constantly and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I would recommend Oakwood.

Great service, BUT drivers could be a bit more helpful with older clients who cannot retrieve their baggage from the rear of the vehicle as the driver will not assist so it’s left to other passengers to help?
