Reviewed on 21st July 2026Absolute shambles so avoid! Given 1 star as can't give 0. Outward journey: Couldn't find my booking at check in then told me I'd checked in already! Apparently this happens all the time according to the staff. Took my key off me anyway then questioned why I stood there waiting for it to be put in their filing system. No receipt is given to be presented on return. No space on minibus as people who have yet to check in their car reserve spaces and staff do nothing about it so had to wait over 10 minutes in heatwave temperatures with no shelter providing a shade Return journey: Minibus arrived promptly but wasn't big enough to sit everyone so my two teenage children (17 and 15) and I had to share a seat. Luckily the journey wasn't far as fat chance of using seat belts. Car was not where we were told, on the right past the bus stop and was eventually found on the left further into the car park blocked in. I appreciate getting left and right mixed up but if it's 50% of your role maybe it's time to get a different job. The staff are predominantly young and couldn't care less.

Reviewed on 20th July 2026Easy to book, competitive prices, good service. Booked many many times and also recommended to friends and family. Only one little niggle and that is, please, on return, put car nearer to where you get dropped off by the mini bus as sometimes the car is hard to find.
