Oakwood Parking Reviews

I’ve parked with Oakwood numerous times in the past, but probably won’t in the future. Phoned the minibus as asked at the drop and go and was told he was a couple of minutes away. Over 10 minutes later we could see a minibus pull up and pull in away from where we dropped off (we were told to wait where we were dropped at). Walked up to bus and there was also quite a few people needing to get on. Driver seemed in a mood. He was sarcastic and quite rude. Telling us that we entitled holiday makers. Also selfish. I don’t think he went down well with the crowd of people on the bus. The area you drop your car off is muddy and uneven, could do with resurfacing. The price is not competitive anymore, so will probably go somewhere else now.

Stayed at Oakwood a few times as easy access and near to Bristol Airport. Always an excellent and efficient service with shuttle buses on hand with minimum waiting for drop off and pick up. Highly recommend.

Would certainly use the service again, nice and easy and people friendly.

Would definitely use Oakwood again and recommend to family and friends, very friendly, fast service and quick drop off and pick up from the airport drop off area. Very friendly driver. Felt at ease leaving my car with them and had no worries at all. Thank you.
