Location is good, car park large but surface not great, pot holes and surface water in places, minibuses are available to transfer to airport although they could definitely do with a clean, was busy coming back and had to wait over 20 minutes to get back to car.

Regularly use this car park. Easy access, polite staff and well ordered drop off/pick up arrangements.

Have used this company many times and using them again in November, easy drop off and pick up your never waiting long. There drivers are always polite and courteous keep it up guys.

I have used Oakwood several times, recently returning 4th September. On this occasion the booking in was smooth and all was well. On return was unable to contact Oakwood but received a message stating they were busy but a minibus would be along shortly. It duly arrived with a grumpy driver who stated the system had changed and we would have to wait for the next one despite having an empty minibus. My family expressed their displeasure as we had already been waiting about 25 minutes. Another family waiting for the bus also expressed similarly. Eventually the driver condescended to allow both families on to the minibus and we were duly delivered. A strange event which hopefully won't happen when we book you in the future.
