Everything was excellent.

As always, parking at Oakwood is so easy. Unfortunately, this time there were major roadworks causing delays but this is understandable. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful service.

I can honestly say I found it a very good place. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The staff were polite all I can say is thank you.

Brilliant service, so easy and very efficient. It’s just 5 minutes around the corner. Good value for money, specially as you get great service. Very easy, wouldn’t use anyone else. 5****

Car park was extremely muddy. No where to wait once the cases were out the car and keys handed in and it was raining. Had a young child with us so wasn’t ideal. On return waiting 45 minutes for a bus. Ended up calling the number I was told not to call to ask where the driver was. Location was very close to airport but I really think they need to rethink certain parts.

Good price, location and shuttle service! However, maybe the parking could do with some gravel or another surface as car and foot mat were very muddy on return. Also they could not find my car key as it was being moved just when I got back.

Very friendly staff. Very prompt efficient and organised service. Closer to Bristol Airport than the on-site Silver Zone parking. No waiting for minibus transfers. Down sides.... very muddy car park, they move your car and mine still smelt of cigarette smoke the next day, minibus interior very shabby. I would use them again if cheaper than Silver Zone. Regardless of where you park... Beware roadworks for 8 weeks from 30/10/23. It’s jamming even the drop and go car park. My advice... leave an hour more than usual.
