Reviewed on 3rd October 2023Very easy to book at a reasonable price. The pick up and drop off was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. My only fault was when I collected my vehicle on my return the drivers footwell, mats and door sills were caked in thick mud. I appreciate vehicles have to be moved but some consideration and care should be given.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2023Great location as it’s so close to the airport. Buses run frequently to the airport. In our experience pick up at the end of our holiday was a bit chaotic. Had to wait for 2nd bus to come, only to find it was same driver that picked up the group before us. Would suggest clearer instructions for pick up as the drop off zone is just too busy, maybe the other side of the road would have been more suitable. The phone number on the card just kept giving us a recorded message as well so that was frustrating. However, polite, friendly staff on way in and out so all turned out good in the end.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2023Car very muddy inside. Appreciate no control over the weather but if Paper had been put down it would have prevented the problem. No problem dropping off or arranging a pick up on arrival but driver was surly.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2023Fantastic service from all the staff....and the little dog was gorgeous too. The ONLY reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I kinda think it needs the pot holes sorted out. It was pouring with rain both when I got there to go on holiday and when I came back from holiday and both me and my suitcase got filthy dirty because of the pot holes - it was dark and raining so also quite difficult to see them. I would DEFINITELY use them again though on my next trip away - REALLY lovely staff!...and VERY efficient service!!!! Thank you!!!!xxx
