Excellent location and a very well run parking facility.

Great service from your really helpful staff very efficient on arrival also on return a really nice happy guy picked us up at the terminal. Only problems were my car was really muddy where it was driven with muddy shoes, surface of car park needs hardstanding. Broke a suitcase wheel trying to get to other end of area where it was so uneven, parked under looked like trees the whole time we were away{ 17days} . As we had to remove from rear windscreen and windscreen before we could leave and at near 11pm last thing you want to do in rain. But we like your efficiency, thank you.

What an awful experience, will never book there again. Dreadful attitude from female staff member on arrival and collection, very rude and not personable. Car was filthy with mud everywhere on collection and parked virtually in the hedge, when I eventually found it.

You pay for what you get. Saved £16 to not park in Silver Zone but would not use Oakwood again, when it came to pick the car up they said it was in the same sort of area as you dropped it off which was not the case so had to look for car and when we landed in Bristol the company should know how many people are returning to pick their cars up and have the correct number of buses waiting no there was only one who we had to phone and also not enough luggage space on minibus very poor would not recommend wasn’t worth the £16 saving it’s very no frills

Excellent service as always, no waiting around to be collected. Would not use anyone else for Bristol Airport parking.

On my return flight my car wasn’t ready. Have to walk round in the mud and find my car which was parked behind the other car. Took them long time to let me out.

Easy to use, great price. Friendly staff. Parked for a week. Regular shuttle service to Bristol Airport. Only issue really was the mud. Due to ground and weather conditions this meant that mud was transferred into the car. If the parking was on better tarmac this wouldn’t happen.

Yea got to say no problems at all, a very good service, Would I park here again ? Absolutely I would, thanks guys.

Quick pick up. Would be better if both cars weren’t blocked in and a solution for not placing baggage in wet mud was created.
