Very muddy on arrival so was wondering what state the car would be in when we collected it. Swift check in and transfer to airport. On our return to Bristol, the minibus was waiting to take us back so there was no hanging about in the cold. Happy to find that the car was in a clean and tidy state for our trip home.

Always use Oakwood Parking. Very friendly, drop car off and get on the mini bus Short trip around the corner to Bristol Airport The price is a lot cheaper than the onsite airport parking. Then, quick pick up on the way back. Thank you.

Very efficient, bus ready when arriving and only waited 5 minutes on return. Only criticism was that its a bit muddy in the wet weather.

Check is was great, really friendly gentleman. Pick up, not so much, unfriendly patronising lady. Another car was parked in front of mine. I explained to her that there was a Burgendy car parked in front of mine and asked if it might be moved so I could get out. The lady snapped saying 'we don't have any Burgendy cars here so that's wrong'! After a long journey and before a long drive home, I really couldn't be bothered to argue with her or point out I could actually see 3 Burgendy cars from where I was standing. I just took my key and did a six point turn to squeeze out of my space. My car also looked like It had been hand braked around a field all week. All 4 wheel arches thick with grass and mud. I feel when cars are brought back from wherever that have been parked they should at least been rinsed if filthy! I've used Oakwood several times before.. Not sure I would again.

Not easy to find on a very busy road, signage could be bolder.
