Oakwood Parking Reviews

We always park at Oakwood and been satisfied with the good value and its proximity to the airport. This time, however, on our transport back to pick up our car the minibus luggage area was dirty and our cases were covered with mud stains that we had to wash off when we got home. Also, when we picked the car up it was covered outside in pine needles, and inside the car were muddy footprints on the carpets and door sills.

Great, easy drop off and shuttle bus there, no waiting around for us!

Going there was fine except for going through Bristol city Centre. No problems. Coming back the bus driver was surly and un cooperative. I am 72 years of age and received the worst help possible. I am also disabled.

Used Oakwood parking several times now. Always received the expected service. Simple and effective.

Excellent value for money. Cheap and efficient. Minibus transfers are always quick. Key collection is always quick. The car is usually easily accessible on return and near an exit. We always use Oakwood and have never had any problems.

Excellent, friendly, professional and safe. We returned at 3am, the minibus picked us up within minutes, our keys were ready to collect, car was parked in a convenient spot. Honestly, it was brilliant and everyone was lovely. Thank you. I would use this company again definitely.
