The location is super convenient and the shuttle service efficient and reliable. The staff were also very friendly. Having previously used the official Silver Zone Parking, I will use Oakwood in future, especially for longer stays. The absence of the 5th star is because it is is all pretty basic, muddy parking area, old minibuses etc. However that won’t put me off using them regularly! Excellent value for money.

Location near to Bristol Airport is great and shuttle service fine. But: upon return of my car the drivers footwells carpet was covered in dirty muddy footprints. I just had my car valeted before I departed, so to receive it in this state upon return was very disappointing. Also the outside of the car was very muddy. It rained upon return, the car park area was very muddy as well with my car parked quite far away so my suitcase also ended up extremely muddy.

Worked like a charm. Staff are quick and accurate almost to the point of brusqueness. I was whisked to the airport in minutes on arrival. On return, gone midnight, I just had to wait a few minutes for the minibus back. Took me a bit to find my car in the rain and dark. Great service overall. Will use again.

I have used the car park at least 6 times. The system works really well for me and I have never been experienced any problems. Most of the drivers have helped me with my suitcase, lifting it into the minibus. Always prompt collection from Bristol Airport on my return.
