Easy check in, bus straight to the airport, only a 5 minute wait. On return our car was waiting ready for us to go. Easy, no hassle, great service.

No fuss, fast service too & from the airport. Great value compared to the parking options at the airport. The collection & drop off area at Oakwood becomes a mess during rainfall. It would benefit from a new top coat of tarmac.

Pretty good on the whole, entrance is a nightmare to access if vehicles are coming the other way. Apart from that all as expected.

It was dissapointing to return on 17/08/23 1800ish and discover the young driver would not help load or unload our cases into the mini bus. This has never happened before as every driver has been excellent in their help. I hope appropriate action is taken before we return next year.

First time using Oakwood and will be definitely be using you again. It was a nice easy drop off and pick up. We didn’t have to wait long for the bus either. Really please with the service. Highly recommended.

Great location close to Bristol Airport, fairly priced, on return car was ready and close by. Also very interesting staff.
