Reviewed on 2nd May 2023Drop off the car and delivery plus pickup from the airport no issues, quick and efficient. Car collection a bit hit and miss, as expected the car to be parked closer to the reception as I would expect on arrival, but it was parked quite far away to the point I or the staff could not find it(!). With heavy bags when you are dropped off near the reception and at uneven gravel terrain it would be a challenge to carry. On top of that the passenger window was left fully open - possibly on the day of pickup as the seat was still dry following rainy days we had earlier. Considering the site is operating for quite some time, it would be great to see some improvements to the space dedicated to parking lots, which can be challenging when operating 24h.
