Excellent service, whole process was dealt with swiftly. Transfer's were quick and easy especially when returning in the early hours of the morning. Only minor complaint is the parking area is rough and dusty so don't expect a clean car when you return. That said I would recommend and will use again.

Amazing speedy, and friendly service. Literally a 2 minute drive to the airport. No issues at all, and waited less than 3 minutes for then to collect us from airport! Cannot fault this company at all, thank you so much! Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

Car park was excellent apart from the gravelly ground made it difficult to pull your suitcase. I arrived and it was very busy but it still didn't take long to transfer to the airport. Someone's car was blocked in when they collected it, but I would definitely use it again!

Our check in was smooth and quick . We got the mini bus to the airport, no problems at all . Unfortunately our return was not as successful. The mini bus arrived 1.30am . We all packed on , standing , squashed in . I picked up my keys, no issues. We were then left to find our car in a large , pitch black carpark / field. We finally found it at the far end parked amongst other cars, front back and both sides so no way out . I walked back to the office , it’s now 2am and chilly, thankfully not raining. I showed them a picture of the car parked in front of us , he located the key for this car and said he’d move it. I went back and waited , he didn’t come. I went back and he had got waylaid . He then sent someone else who did move the other car and we were on our way, 2.30am. On arrival home I noticed the back of my car was absolutely covered in bird poo , inches thick all over rear. It was so dark in their carpark I hadn’t noticed , it had clearly been parked elsewhere for the 5 days, I have no idea how that much poo was possible!!!!!! Overall , below average based on our collection service . I would suggest cars are moved to front of carpark for collection, there were plenty of spaces, in the lit area and not blocked in….And the horrendous poo jet washed off prior to collection as really disgusting.

Great drop off and collection service. Friendly and efficient. Only negative was car was very dusty on collection but nothing a quick car wash didn't sort put.

Very impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff. One small negative (and it was my fault really). I fell down a step at the office (a few bruises and hurt pride!). The decking used made it difficult to see the step at the back; might I suggest a coloured tape on the edge of the back step? As the grain of the decking runs in the same direction the steps blend into each other visually. Thank you for the concern shown by the staff - I was alright - really!!

Very helpful staff and efficient service. A little chaotic, but frequent buses and good communication. Great value for money. Car easily accessible on our return. Would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.
