I parked the car up took the keys in the office and the bus was they're waiting to take me to the airport and I was late coming to the airport on the return journey. Called and Oakwood were there in 10 minutes, thank you.

Disorganized chaos, very bad drop off and collection from the Airport was a shambles, not enough mini buses on, no orderly que, waited 45min then still could not get on, then to get to the car to find it blocked in.

We've always used Oakwood and been very pleased with the service. However in June and October we have returned from Kefalonia at 12.30 am and struggled to get the return minibus from the airport. Confusion relates to the pick up point! In June we were told to go to the far side of the pick up. This week people were waiting there and also by drop off point! My husband is registered disabled and can't keep moving across the park. We had to wait 20 minutes before a very considerate younger driver responded to our plight and told the people by drop off (who were trying to chamber in the bus) that they should join the queue at the far side. A big Thank you to him!

Highly recommend!! Wouldn’t use any other Bristol Airport parking. Excellent service, less then 5 minutes from the airport, a reliable quick service. Minibus is great, staff help put your suitcases on to the minibus, handing over of your keys is all done efficiently and quickly. Service was picking up is incredible, picked us up within 5 minutes of ringing to say we were ready. Car safe and secure and ready for us to drive straight home. Definitely book with Oakwood again !

Very quick and easy to use. Mini bus ready to go, only took a few minutes. And on return mini bus waiting at airport. Back at car in minutes. Great service.

On arrival checking in was quick and easy. It's only a short trip to the airport, so all good. Coming back was a bit chaotic. The problem was due to Bristol Airport and delayed baggage. We were 2 hours late as were many other travellers all waiting to be picked up. Nobody answered the emergency number on the card, so when the minibuses turned up nobody knew where they were supposed to wait. It ended in a bit of a free-for-all. The younger lad driving did a decent job of trying to help everyone in fairness to him.
