Reviewed on 28th September 2022The location is great as it is less than ten minutes from the Bristol Airport drop off location and picking up the car was no problem at all. On the morning we dropped off the car, at 4am, there was a lot of people queuing to get the shuttle. A driver filled the bus with people and their bags, but then just walked off leaving a full bus with no alternative driver. These people were sat on the bus, while everyone else queued in the freezing cold, for about 20 minutes. Surely there is a better way from drivers to swap at the end/beginning of their shifts? Especially when everyone knows how busy the airport is and will have been rushing to get through check in and security to make their flights. Some people in the queue were extremely worried about missing their flights.
