Reviewed on 10th December 2019Okay, apart from too long a wait for return pickup on a very cold and windy night. But this turned out to be the fault of BRS airport’s incompetence in managing its parking and payment system. Very long Q at the barrier. Time for BRS to get its act together.

Reviewed on 9th December 2019As usual things were pretty good, but the driver put our cases on the wet ground and they got really messy with mud as it was raining very hard and being unable to walk far it was an unnecessary hindrance for me.The last time I contacted you I said the bus was very dirty and that hasn't changed, all the other companies buses seem to be very clean but if nothing else I'm loyal so will use you again.
