First time at Oakwood, relatively straightforward going but return not so good. It was heavy rain and cold and bus not there on arrival (we saw it as we approached and then it went!). Picking up my car was horrible and it was parked on mud and I nearly slipped - my shoes were covered in mud which I brought into my car. I think you need to rethink where cars are parked for collection on rainy days or tarmac the area so its a bit more smart - that goes for the mini bus also - mud on the floor which is obviously picked up from your parking area - not bad but certainly lots of room for improvement.

Best value parking at Bristol airport and super friendly staff. Airport transfer is very fast. I cannot recommend it enough.

The pick ups and drop off were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only issue I had, was I had just washed my car when I left it, when I got it back it looked as if it had been run through some dirty water.

Excellent service. Very short transfer to and from the airport. We landed at 1 am and return pick up was quick and easy. Will definitely use Oakwood again.

Very quick check in and collection service. Transfers both ways were also on time and quick. Car was ready and waiting at 2.00am, which was just what we needed after a long flight.

The booking arrival and leaving procedures very efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The costs were excellent and good value for money.
