Straight forward, easy to find parking 3 minutes from the airport. Car park was very muddy as it had been raining. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Booking process, transport to and from airport good and value compared to airport is good but whilst my car was parked my windscreen got cracked. I guess this may have been due to high winds causing something to hit the screen. I thought the management response was very unhelpful when I contacted them about it and all they would say is that it is clearly stated on their website that they don't accept liability. So be aware.

Have used Oakwood for years and have always found them excellent. Their new system works well and never have had to wait more than a few minutes for pickup. Always our first choice.

I have a scratch in my right side mirror, who ever was the driver who moved my car I guess did the damage. I didn’t realise it when I was at the car park because it was midnight.

Quick and easy drop off, mini bus was waiting and took 5 minutes from arriving to being at the airport and it was the same on the way back, 5 minutes to get out the airport to getting the keys to the car.
