VERY QUICK SERVICE TO AND FROM AIRPORT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE CAR PARK WAS VERY MUDDY, OTHERWISE ALL GOOD.

We have used Oakwood Parking a few times now and have always found the customer service excellent. Pick up and drop off has been prompt and hassle free and staff are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Used this service several times and always found them to be reliable, friendly and helpful. Never long to wait for the shuttle bus either way, and car always ready and waiting on return. Only negative is that the car park for drop-off and collection is a gravel area in a field which gets very muddy after rain, meaning your cases can't be wheeled to and from your car (or can be if you don't mind them getting very muddy), and bringing muddy foot-marks into the car when you get in. They used to move cars for collection to a tarmac area by the entrance, to avoid this problem, but seem to have stopped doing that. This would not much less of a problem during a dry summer, but not so good on a wet December evening. Hence 4* score instead of 5* previously given on other trips.
