Excellent value for money. Great service.

I had thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car before I went away. On my return to collect it, I was very disappointed to find the interior of the driver and passenger side floor covered in mud. I accept when it is wet due to the car surfaces will me muddy but a paper should be used to prevent transferring mess as they do when services are carried out. Also I fail to understand why mess should have occurred on the passenger side.!!

Very accommodating and no fuss operation. Certainly be using Oakwood again.

Best price available at short notice. Clear instructions and very friendly reception. The car was parked close to the exit gate on collection so the whole process was really quick and efficient.

Reasonable price & very close to airport. No problems checking in or out & fast transfer to & from airport. However, entrance/exit to parking is narrow causing congestion. Cars are parked in a field which was very muddy so when we picked up our car it was very dirty inside. Shuttle bus was also very dirty & smelt like cigarettes.

Very good experience. Courteous mini bus drivers and very little waiting at either end. Only criticism would be very muddy underfoot on the car park at drop off and lighting not great. However would not put me off using you again.
