This company never normally gives a problem until this time 4/5/2019, a driver collected us from Bristol Airport and a young family put all their stuff on the mini bus including there two young children and their baby. Then the father tried getting on and the driver refused and said there was no seats although the two front seats were empty, we all on the bus told him to let him on and he just carried on driving and ignoring us all, so then the lady was left with 3 children and her luggage on her own we then got back to the car park and he was swearing and shouting and driving and beeping his horn at another lady for walking in front of the bus to the office. Absolute appalling service, couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when he said he couldn’t get on !!!!

It took twenty minutes to get an answer on the phone when I rang to be picked up from the airport. The mini bus then parked in a different place to pick up and so I didn't see it and it left without me. Another phone call that was at least answered, another wait, at 02.30hrs. Don't wheel your case across a bumpy car park to the collect your car key as you have to wheel it all the way back to find your car in the dark with the advice. 'Press the button-you will see your car then'.

Going out was fine. On return was an utter shambles. No organisation, no order. They had no idea how many people they had to pick up and was a free for all. That meant a lady in a wheel chair and a young girl on crutches were left for 30mins in the cold at midnight while everyone else helped themselves to a seat despite not being their turn. Driver not interested either. Zero customer service.

I've parked here many times and always been happy but on this occasion it was a nightmare, poor organisation, not enough transfer buses and just generally a shambles.

Rang on arrival, was told 5 minutes wait and waited 15 minutes only to find out mini bus was already full so had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the freezing cold.

Parking was fine but the mini bus driver who picked us up on 14th March was really rude. We called him up for pickup and explained we'd collected our bags and we were at the exit. He said to call him back when we're at the drop off point. It's a 20 second walk from the exit to the drop off point so I said we'll be there. He then said, "I'm coming now, and it takes 3 minutes. If you're not there I'm turning around and going straight back!" and hung up. We waited about 5 minutes for him to arrive. I get there's a short window for pick ups and drop offs but you don't need to be a jerk about it. I get that people have probably missed the bus in the past but there's ways of speaking to people without being aggressive. It left a bitter taste and I would not use Oakwood again.

We parked for 5 days and came back with flat tyres... tried to get some help but they won’t accept their negligence, we were told to ring the next day for the boss just to be told that the boss is not usually in, which makes me wonder how many times they’ve done this before to previous customers. Obviously if we came with the flat tyres they cannot move the car where we were parked previously to prevent further potential damage to be caused, specially on their uneven surface, so it means when they moved our car they had definitely hit something on their field and if it was a slow puncture (as they claim) they must’ve moved our car with a flat tyre, this also makes me think how many previous customers with flat tyres must’ve gotten the same response? They claim that their field is just mud and grass but they have no proof of this, anything in their field could easily be lost as bits of fallen objects from any entering vehicles

Driver picked us up from airport, send he does not load cases as if he breaks his arm who's going to pay his wages ! there were older people there who couldn't lift there cases on top of other suitcases so my husband and son loaded everyones cases. There wasn't enough room on bus for them so he told them to stand in the bus. drove us back without his seatbelt on !!!!

Not a good experience. Read on if you want to find out why. I parked it where I thought it would not be moved on a 4 day trip. When I got back the drivers side mat was very muddy and mud on the drivers side door sill. I knew what condition it was in because I had cleaned the inside and out. The impressions on the mat looked like someone getting in and out with wellingtons on, they had also scrapped off the mud on the bottom of their boot using the drivers side floor sill. They'd managed to scrap in through to the lower paint. It was obvious and couldn't be t-cut out. No, I wouldn't recommend them.
