I’ve parked with Oakwood numerous times in the past, but probably won’t in the future. Phoned the minibus as asked at the drop and go and was told he was a couple of minutes away. Over 10 minutes later we could see a minibus pull up and pull in away from where we dropped off (we were told to wait where we were dropped at). Walked up to bus and there was also quite a few people needing to get on. Driver seemed in a mood. He was sarcastic and quite rude. Telling us that we entitled holiday makers. Also selfish. I don’t think he went down well with the crowd of people on the bus. The area you drop your car off is muddy and uneven, could do with resurfacing. The price is not competitive anymore, so will probably go somewhere else now.

Staff were dour and on verge of being rude, shuttle bus timeous but filthy and car looked as if it had been a driven at speed through a muddy field with mud splashed up the door. First stop car wash.

The drop off and pick up was very good. But I am not happy at the mess of mud left inside my car in both foot wells. And on the doors.

Everything went seamlessly but unfortunately upon pick up at 2am in the rain I failed to notice that my car had been damaged. It looked like it had been reversed into a muddy bank as the exhaust was caked in mud, the bumper was scratched and it looked like someone had tried to clean off the bumper with sandpaper and had scratched the paint quite badly. They were very evasive the next morning when I went back and promised to check the CCTV ( still waiting for news on that but not holding my breath). The drivers seat and inside of the door was also filthy with mud. As you can imagine, not happy at all. If they come clean about it and offer a resolution I'll be happy to upgrade my rating accordingly.

Whilst the drop and pick up was efficient and effective along with easy and quick transfers to the airport. The only disappointment was the dirty state the inside of my car was left in as the car was moved. There was mud all the car mats both driver and passenger side. The cars will get dirty on the outside. As looks as if kept in a muddy field.

Pretty straightforward but made a right mess of the car! Plastered in mud as it gets left in a field, both outside and inside driver door which was frustrating.

The drop off went very well, but collection after are return flight was not good. There were long waits for the mini bus, and then it was very chaotic as people approached the minibus from all directions when it did arrive. There was no queue and no one knew where the bus was going to stop.

Driver who took us to the airport was rude and miserable. Threw the suitcases into the van. Grabbed my daughter’s small cabin bag, which was brand new, and rammed it down the side of other suitcases. When it was lifted out, it had a massive scratch on the one side. Overheard a lady muttering something to the driver and his response was “put a complaint in then”. Return pick up, driver was polite and friendly. When returning to the car, noticed a long scuff and scratch on back passenger door. Was not happy.

Hi Oakwood, I realise your staff work very hard but the system at Bristol is total Chaos! Departing at 4am wasn’t too bad with only a short wait for the second mini bus but arrival back on Sunday midday was something to behold! and I’m not sure sure how you could improve it? My wife got on the first bus after a 10 minute wait, I was practically pushed out the way by people throwing their bags in the back only to find they had no seat on the bus!! Crazy, I waited another 15 minutes for a second bus along with another lady who I helped load her bag whilst she grabbed a seat!! again I was pushed aside by ignorant bloody bald headed twonks!! again you offer an alternative to the ridiculous prices Bristol charges but I’m not sure how you can fix this crazy situation??
