Reviewed on 4th May 2016Everything went very smoothly. I arrived at 4am, having called ahead as requested. Oakwood is very easy to find, not very far from the airport entrance on the main road, on the Bristol side. I was taken directly to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Pleasant lady driver. On the way back, a speedy pick-up, a few minutes after my call, and my car ready to be driven away. No complaints at all.

Reviewed on 2nd May 2016On arrival at car park we were immediately transferred to airport + on return plane was late but phoned as we collected baggage and as we walked to pick up point mini bus arrived to take us back to car park. Easy and efficient service.
