Reviewed on 1st January 2024The staff were helpful, quick efficient and my car had even been hosed down in disgusting weather conditions when I returned!! The bus came to collect me (and other people not connected with me obviously) within just a few minutes of me phoning from the airport. Staff were understanding when I phoned to see if it would be ok to try to change my flight due to a massive delay caused by a fault with my plane and I found a £5 surcharge very reasonable and acceptable. Thank you. Excellent job!
