Reviewed on 10th October 2023Very prompt service, no hanging about. The only suggestion would be for drivers moving cars around need to use paper mats under their feet to avoid muddying people's cars inside on wet days.

Reviewed on 10th October 2023Great service, as usual! Dropped the car off and handed in keys, jumped on minibus and we were off to the airport within 10 minutes of arriving. Pick up was great too. Phoned them when we got out to the pick up point and the minibus was there within 5-10 minutes. Collected keys quickly and we were away once we'd loaded the cases in the car. Probably the slickest process to date and we've been using Oakwood for years! It would've been 6 stars but 5 is max!! The car and tyres were mudded but if the car is moved to a muddy wet field, it's to be expected!
