Great service, very close to the airport!

Fast and efficient Service. Excellent rates too.

It was easy and straightforward to park. Just a quick comment for anybody travelling as a couple ( & if it’s not raining or rubbish weather etc), one of you hand in the keys for your car at reception, the other wait near the car for the minibus... it saves trailing the luggage down then all the way back again 👍. And same on the return journey.

Have used these guys a few times now. Never had a problem. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Quick service. Would book again without issue.

No problems, slight delay waiting to get picked up in airport as first bus sent was full so had to wait another 15 minutes for the next but drivers cheerful, no problems with anything really, would use again.

They were very amenable, helpful and dropped us off without delay at the airport.

Helpful and courteous people who provided speedy and efficient transfer to and from the airport. They gave good advice as to where to park when there was snow on the ground. We would definitely use their car park for future flights from Bristol.

10 out of 10 once again! Another very successful parking experience with Oakwood Parking at Bristol Airport. I’m using this car park a lot recently yet the standard of service never disappoints. The drop off experience is quick and easy, there’s always a mini bus waiting for you, just pop your keys in the office where friendly staff are waiting. Within minutes we were outside the airport. However I feel that the stars of this car park are the staff and the drivers are amazing. This time our driver to the airport was Sheldon who was very polite and friendly and we had a lovely chat and our return driver was Marcel. Marcel has driven me before. He is an asset to Oakwood Parking and this time on our return he was actually waiting at the pick up point when I called to say we had cleared customs. There were already several customers on the bus when we got to the pick up point and he had waited for us, got us and luggage on the bus and within minutes we were back at the car park. Marcel has a lovely sense of humour and he certainly needs to use it as despite being freezing cold, dark and our holidays were over he manages to make us all smile before getting off the bus, picking up our cars and driving home, what a star! I can not recommend this service enough, I’m back there again this Thursday, it certainly makes me confident every time I arrive there that I know I’ll not only get to and from the airport quickly but my car will be safe and ready and waiting when I return, thank you again Oakwood Parking!
