Very good parking, mini bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport and then we rang when we had our cases and mini bus was there to take us back to car park. Only thing I’d say is it needs a more highlighted entrance sign for night arrivals, will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

I have always used Oakwood with no issues but on this trip which was very wet and busy I got soaking wet waiting for the bus due to rude, selfish people not waiting their turn and just jumping on the bus to grab a seat and then several of us were told to go to our cars and wait. Then again, when the bus came back people just got on and ran straight to the front, but fair play to the driver he told them to get off and wait their turn and even had to explain that people were waiting 30 minutes before they turned up and due to busy traffic we all have to be patient. I cant fault Oakwood as they always do their best but some customers should learn some manners and respect the drivers.

Easy to book. Drop the car off and you are immediately transferred to the airport by the very friendly and obliging bus driver.

Excellent - very easy and a jolly driver. Waited a maximum of 15 minutes either end.
