On a stressful day with many flights from Bristol cancelled due to snow we were greeted as soon as we arrived and driven directly to the airport. Several hours later our delayed flight was cancelled. We phoned Oakwood and they were able to get our car out of the secure car park and pick us up again very quickly and with no fuss at all. Easily the most friendly service of the day. Thank you for your extra efforts on a busy day.
