Excellent service and so close to the airport. My only criticism would be that the driver/co-ordinator was grumpy and rude. Apart from this all was good. No messing about and easy to find .

First time I have used Oakwood and it was a very efficient service at a very good price. Driver was cheerful and helpful. If possible a better sign for the car park coming from the south would help

We were a little dubious about booking here as we'd never used it before. We needn't have worried. The service was extremely professional and went off without a hitch. Firstly my husband dropped us off at the airport,dropped of his car (5 mins away)then he got a lift back, provided by Oakwood. When we got home after our holiday, a quick phone call and the gentleman came to collect us all in a mini van. Our car had been washed and moved to the front of the car park so we could load and go. Would highly recommend this service, and if we fly from Bristol again we'd definitely use it again.
