Good service easy to find and park close to terminal.

Very easy to use. Number plate recognition worked straight the way, in and out, no waiting.

Easy to book, reasonable price, easy to get to and use and located within walking distance of terminal. Automatic entry and exit if flying from EMA would definitely use again.

The entrance to car park 1 is well within walking distance of the terminal, however if you are unfortunate (as I was) it is a long way from the back end of the car park to the terminal. Otherwise everything good.

Although pre booked there were very few spaces when we arrived. Lots of cars had been abandoned in unofficial spaces. Spaces are small so anyone in any 4x4 type vehicle completely filled the space. After an entire circuit of the whole car park we were lucky and got a space in easy walking distance from departures.

Drove to the barrier, it opened and we parked. Same coming back, easy, excellent service.

Parked for a week at East Midlands airport in long stay park 1. We entered car park without a problem it was close to departures, less than 5 minutes walk. We were delayed 2 days on our return and explained via the intercom our predicament and we were able to leave without additional costs. Many thanks to a superior efficient service with polite and pleasant staff.

Difficult to review as the car park we booked and paid for, the car park we wished to use, (Long stay 1)was full. We were directed to Jet park Plus, miles away. Instead of a 2 minute walk to the terminal we had to wait for a bus. How can a car park which has to be booked become full to people who have booked it?

Very near to terminal. Good access. Difficult to find spaces.

Easy to book on-line. Prices very reasonable and easy system to follow when you arrive and depart in fact hassle free. The other great thing about this car park was that it was literally in walking distance to the terminal. We will definitely be booking with you again.
