Reviewed on 15th June 2016The arrival was excellent however on return we had to cue outside for 15 in the early hrs it was a good job it had stopped raining. We then (along with others) had a problem finding our car. We had been directed to the left when the car park was to the right. Would have been quicker walking to one or the nearby car parks.

Reviewed on 23rd June 2015On arrival we could not gain entrance through Meet and Greet barrier which meant we had to reverse, leave the car park and pay £1 to come back round to enter through a different barrier as the Meet and Greet barrier was out of tickets and would not operate. This was brought to the attention of the office staff. No one was interested. Has put me off East Mids airport.
