On arrival we could not gain entrance through Meet and Greet barrier which meant we had to reverse, leave the car park and pay £1 to come back round to enter through a different barrier as the Meet and Greet barrier was out of tickets and would not operate. This was brought to the attention of the office staff. No one was interested. Has put me off East Mids airport.
