Edinburgh Meet and Greet Reviews

I was a bit nervous that everything would go smoothly, but I needn't have worried. There was a nice girl waiting for us, we left the car, when we came back the car was there. It was lovely and easy and I would definitely recommend it.

Very convenient. Will certainly use again as long as the price stays reasonable.

This is a fabulous service. There was someone waiting to take my car on departure and they were waiting for me on my return. Highly recommended!

I thought this would be an ideal way to park, but honestly it was too much bother. I didn't realise until too late that I was supposed to confirm my booking 24hrs beforehand. I've never had to do this at park and ride type places. Then you have to give an exact time of arrival. Not easy when you are as disorganised as I am. I couldn't find the long term car park initially as the one I went into had levels A, B, C etc and the instructions were to go to Level 2. I therefore thought I was in the wrong car park and so exited (after first having to call the attendant to let me out)only to find it was the correct car park they had just got the Level numbers wrong, they are in fact letters. Then when I returned home 3 days early quite unexpectedly the guy was less than happy when I phoned from the airport to have my car brought round. He said I should have given 24hrs notice. I explained it wasn't possible but he wasn't happy. Eventually I said I would get the bus round to the car park and pick up my car but then was left not knowing how to get from the car park back out to the main road. All in all a bit of a let down and I certainly wouldn't use this type of park and go again.

Excellent service. Will now use every time I fly from Edinburgh.

Fantastic efficient service. My only comment would be on drop off instructions that it would be more helpful to state drop off on 1st floor of multistorey car park as we went to drop of zone but this was partly due to the fact it was our first time flying from Ediburgh and didnt know the layout. However still a great service and will be recommending to friends.

I have used the Meet and Greet a number of times now and have never had a problem. They either have the car waiting for your arrival or come very quickly when you phone. Will use them again when needed.

It was very easy . And saved a lot of time getting the car so once we has our cases we were on our way home within 5 mins.
