Edinburgh Meet and Greet Reviews

One of the quickest and best meet and greet I've ever used and I use park. And go a lot. This one is highly recommended. 7miles were on my clock.

When I contacted the number given on arrival at the airport, the attendant did not have a record of our booking. He eventually told us to go to multi story car park level one, but when we did there was no attendant to meet us and no one would answer the phone when I tried to call several times. After waiting 15 minutes and worrying about missing our flight, an attendant eventually turned up, however he still insisted he had no record of our booking even though we had a booking reference number. This made us late for our 2 hour arrival and was not meet and greet, for this reason we will NOT be using Edinburgh Meet and Greet again.

First Class service when we were departing and also when we arrived back at Edinburgh. This type of service certainly made our transfer completely hassle free. Full marks to the Meet and Greet Team.

Our experience of Meet and Greet parking at Edinburgh Airport was ok; there was no-one there to meet us when we arrived at the airport for our departure and we had to wait for 10 minutes; when we returned (1.30am) I phoned as soon as we had the luggage but again when we got out to the car park there was no-one there to meet us and we had to wait again for about 10 minutes. On this occasion would have been just as well using the usual airport parking I think.

A reasonably good experience but a couple of things that let it down. Firstly, the need to phone 24hrs before you arrive at the airport is daft and one more thing to remember when you're getting ready to go on a trip. When we got to the airport we had been told the person would have a high visability top on - but they didn't so that caused some confusion. On return to the airport I called as requested once we had our bags. I was travelling with two elderly parents and it took us longer than I would usually be to get to the car park - but we still had a 5 minute wait for the car to arrive. On the whole it was okay and I would use the service again but there is room for improvement.

The service was excellent and we were picked up from the airport on our arrival within about 5 minutes of notifying them we had arrived. I would definitely use this service again, and it was a good price too.
