Location compared to other parks not the best and this is problem during peak traffic times. Bus pick up times can be slow. Waiting in cold and wet airport not much fun. Also some of your staff could be a bit more customer friendly.

When the bus arrived at the airport and pulled into the stand it had Scotpark all over it making it confusing, is it our bus or not. The driver should also ask to see your return ticket as he had loaded bags from people that were not entitled to be on the bus causing a lot of bad temper betweeen others waiting at the stand.

The car park and staff were excellent, but received no confirmation from park and go regarding my booking. As they were quiet they accommodated my car, and stated if it had been busier I would not been able to park there.

When we arrived at the car park they had no record of our booking. Fortunately they accepted us because they had space.

On arrival the guy who booked us in was rather grumpy because the payment had been taken from Mr but not to the low cost parking company and he was not happy about this situation as if it was our fault. Not a nice approach to a customer. On returning, the woman who handed back the car keys was lovely nice and bubbly, charming to talk to.

You'll get what you pay for. Shuttle bus back didn't have room for cases so had to haul them on the bus. Make sure you book extra time as they charge £5 for being over 2 hours late even though they know your return flight number.

Car park was difficult to find and there was some initial confusion as to whether the car was actually booked in or not. Otherwise no issues.

At car park very good, however Stand 5 is quite a way from the terminal and on our arrival the weather was cold and windy so it was uncomfortable. If it had been raining we would have got very cold and wet as there is no shelter at the stand.
