Disappointing - on arrival the booking was not in the system - i was informed that this is fairly common from Park & Go. This meant Low cost were not expecting us so they had to manually enter our details and call a bus resulting in delays - not a great start to a holiday.

Car park & collection were fine however the drop off was not. The person was very rude & bad mannered, it was very early in the morning but I do not accept this as an excuse as it is a 24 hour service. Not a pleasant way to set off on holiday!

Transfers and parking arrangements were OK but unfortunately when we arrived early morning (5.30am) for our flight, the car hadn't been booked into the car park. This resulted in the car details then all having to be put into the computer and a delay in our transfer to the airport. Not the best start to our holiday and it was fortunate that there was space available in the car park especially as it was during the school Easter break.

Everything was fine, until we returned from our trip; only 1 bus was available so had to wait a while before being taken back to the car park, the bus covered both Flying Scot and Lowcost parking, which we were not made aware off. The result was that we ended up in the wrong carpark and had to wait quite a while for the bus to return to take us the the Lowcost Carpark. Please be aware and make sure you tell the busdriver which car park you want to return to. Otherwise no complaints regarding the service.

Mostly satisfactory but a long wait for the little bus as we formed a modest queue was disappointing.

pick-up etc., was fine, but on arrival after long flight, I did not expect to have to walk in the pouring rain over wet, uneven stony ground to collect my car, it was not in the usual place near the office, not happy about that. Regards R. Oliver

parking up was fine, on return though i tried to call but there was not answer so texted, we stood for around 20 mins until pick up
