As there is only 10 mins leaway for parking in the short stay car park, it wold be a good idea to let people know this so they can time their arrival to coincide with the collection of the car. Otherwise great service car was collected quickly and was there on our return.

Absolutely no problems. Booked on-line. Picked up and delivered as promised. Would thoroughly recommend. Made the "trauma" of airport car-parking a thing of the past- good value for money.

interesting! and disappointing! upon arrival no meet and greet had to ring to chase up, with the same thing happening upon return, again had to ring several times, to get a response, eventually car arrived 1 hour after agreed time, although I have to say staff were most helpful and apologetic. but not the sort of service one would expect will not be using this service again!!

Worked like clockwork, although we were told to call the mobile No when we reached the airport which was pointless, as the guy was already in the car park with the car. We have no mobile so it caused us some problem, we should have been told just to collect the car from the car park and only ring if there was a problem. Other than that, it was great and so close to the airport terminal. A wonderful service.

this was my first use of "Park & Go " services, but yes I was Greeted with a smile even though it was raining very hard, by a very pleasant Young lady, immediately upon arrival in the car park. On returning one week later, my vehicle arrived after a short wait after telephoning the appropiate number. Will use P&G services again

Excellent service. Unfortunately we arrived late, but after a telephone call, staff arrived speedily and were very helpful and courteous, despite our late arrival. On return our car was waiting for us. Again very helpful staff. Thank you

Excellent in all respects except that if it is raining, one is not under cover. Efficient, courteous and safe. I'll definitely use this service again.
