this was my first use of "Park & Go " services, but yes I was Greeted with a smile even though it was raining very hard, by a very pleasant Young lady, immediately upon arrival in the car park. On returning one week later, my vehicle arrived after a short wait after telephoning the appropiate number. Will use P&G services again

Reviewed on 4th May 2010I found your dropping of the 20 minutes from arrival call to you worrying especially when I did call on arrival and received the "We are not available " message fortunately shortly after making the call I made contact with a representative which eased my panic On return my call when at the baggage area again was answered by another " we are not available" message which left me in doubt as to whether you would be there or not I would have felt easier in my mind if on both occassions I had received some response as was usual on the previous occassions I have used you otherwise excellant service

Reviewed on 1st May 2010The only confusing aspect was the airport lay-out, as the parking service was the easiest ever! No hesitation in recommending them.
