great service, prompt meet & greet, would use again as so convenient.

As my flight was cancelled during the volcanic ash trouble, I had to cancel the booking for Park and Go as well. I expected to be met with obstructive refusals to refund me but instead I was treated with cheerful efficiency and aside from a minimal service charge I was refunded the money I'd advanced with no trouble at all. Many thanks, I will not hesitate to use Park and Go again in the future.

Arrivals worked perfectly and the phone reminder was appreciated Returns complicated by the Ash cloud, staff very apologetic for not meeting at midnight but happy to direct us to the Antique centre

Excellent friendly service. Very reasonably priced. We were stranded in Spain and they were only going to charge £3.25 per day extra, however they allowed a friend to pick our car up early...no problems.
