Parking Exeter Airport - Meet and Greet Reviews

The airport only allows ten minutes free parking which was not enough time to allow the valet driver to arrive on scene. He paid the extra £2 which was impressive. The servce was excellent, the staff were polite and prompt. I would certainly use the service again.

We waited 20 minutes for keys to our car. We could have walked to the long stay carpark quicker

A very convenient way to park, however there was a problem on departure. We rang the number we were given 20 minutes before the time of arrival at the airport only to find that the phone was swithched off. We had arrived at the airport before the phone was switched on. this cost us several phone calls through to an answer machine and some anxiety.We also had to wait a while in the cold for the pick up, grantd only 5 minutes. However another company we had used twice before gave us better service overall

Excellent service when we arrived, our driver was waiting for us - on our return we rang as requested as we got to baggage reclaim, but when we got into the car park our car was there but no driver, so i went back into the terminal incase we had missed him, then back to the car park and still no sign of him so i had to ring again, he then turned up - it would have been nice if he could have waited by the car for our arrival.
