Parking at Exeter Airport with Park & Co was everything their web site said it would be. We called 20 minutes before we arrived and one of their team was there to meet us. On the return we called from the luggage carousel and when we reached the car park there was our car waiting, together with a cheerful "welcome back" - even though we had been delayed leaving the Arrivals Hall'!

Hassle free! Recommended.

This was so trouble-free to use. We arrived at the Short Stay to be met by a man who produced proof of ID before we off loaded and passed our key to him. The same man met us on our return @10:30pm (he arrived c2 minutes after we walked into the car park with our luggage). We will definitely the Meet & Greet next time.

Overall the service was excellent - thank you. Our only slight worry was on the way out - at 4.45am - when there was no reply on the mobile phone number we had been asked to use to say we were on our way and to give an ETA for the pick up of our car. As it was the first time we'd used the service it did cause us a bit of concern as you don't know who you're dealing with. On the second attempt to phone, we got through and it was plain sailing from then on, although the pick up was a bit late in arriving at the airport on the way out. We shall certainly consider using your services again. Many thanks.

We were met very promptly on returning home from our holiday, and the car was in perfect order. It was lovely to be able to just collect our luggage, get in the car and drive home!! We also appreciated the welcoming smile and friendly manner. This was a great service at a reasonable cost. Thank you.
