great service. fantastic handing the car over and then short walk to terminal, then even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours our car was waiting for us, again a very short walk away. could not fault it. Am going to reccomend it to family and friends. great price as well

I wish all businesses looked after their customers like you. On a normal day, it's a great service to be able to leave your car outside the terminal building and have it delivered to you at the same place on your return. In Monday's unbelievable weather, you even helped me get hold of FlyBe (who were also incredibly helpful) from the snow-bound Scottish countryside, didn't charge me for staying an extra 12 hours AND did an amazing valet clean of my car for £17.50 - great job. All in all, you should be showing the others how to do it - not least Bristol Airport carparks who took 5 emails, 3 phone calls and 6 weeks to refund £10 for a carwash which never happened - and no apology at any stage. Thank you all - I'll be back.

This is the second time using Meet and Greet and shall certainly be using them again. Always on time and very pleasant and friendly staff. I always recommend this service to anyone flying from Exeter airport.
