Easy to book, quick & efficient service, bus there when we arrived, 20 minute wait on return. Cophall emailed us a with alternative directions a week before departure to turn up 45 minutes earlier than planned due to the Council closing the main road for repair near their entrance.

Efficient drop off and collection.

Over the years, this service has been my go-to due to its hassle-free booking and swift transition from arrival to the shuttle bus. The return process is equally efficient: a simple call after bag collection ensures that your car is ready by the time you reach the parking area via the shuttle bus

Efficient service dropping off our car and collecting it but would say we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the bus to leave to take us to Gatwick so 35 minutes in all from when we dropped off the car and coming back it was 40 minutes so a little disappointing in that respect. Also bus stop a good 5-10 minutes to walk from the terminal with luggage. Car looked well looked after though and we didn't have far to walk.

I use Cophall each time I fly from Gatwick and it works fine. The only minor nag this time is that when I picked the car up it was unlocked and left in gear so it leaped forward when I turned the key. Luckily there was nothing in front so no harm done.

Can't fault the staff at this car park. Polite, friendly and professional. Quick and easy to drop the car off. Arrived back phoned and got to the bus stop. Clear instructions throughout. Took over 20 minutes for transport to arrive. Others had been waiting for 10 minutes before I got there. It was a very cold evening. To be fair another person waiting was a regular user said it wasn't normal. Very difficult to read the key pad to get out of the car park. Yes I would use them again if they were significantly cheaper than Gatwick long-term as was the case this time.
