Excellent service. Easy to find, coaches to & from airport frequent.

Cophall Farm has been taken over by Maple Parking it seems, so you don’t get the small, personalised minibus service that you used to which is a shame. It is a bus service like all the other big parking companies meaning the bus only leaves when full rather than just taking you when you arrive. Otherwise a very seamless experience and would recommend for anyone looking to park near Gatwick.

Easy to find and drop of the car, mini bus there was quick BUT getting the mini bus back NOT SO EASY called after getting my bag like instructed then waited at the bus stop for 40 minutes to be collected. If they want your flight details and arrival time etc. they should know what time you will be there! Disappointing as everything else was great. Also this happened the time before when I used them and they said it was a bus problem but I guess now they just say that all the time as I heard him tell another passenger the same thing.

Very professional and easy to use , stayed abroad for 4 weeks and wasn’t any issue after 14 hour flight back .

Best cost-effective parking I found close to Gatwick. Drop off and pick up worked fine.

Not the best experience. At drop off I had to wait more than 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the booking. At pickup they kept us waiting for more than one hour because it was busy.

I was really impressed with Cophall. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. I had to make amendments to my booking and they responded in a timely manner.
