Very good value for money a bit of a wait at both delivery and collection, but overall would use them again.

As instructed we phoned the number to inform park & go when we expected to arrive and the driver was waiting for us, all very efficient. On arrival at airport after our holiday , phoned as instructed but had to wait nearly 30mins for the car to be returned, driver was apologetic, security. Would have been nice if we could have been informed. will still use meet & greet in the future.

Pick up fine, although driver had wrtong ref code and took a while to hook up with us. Return ok as well, though had to wait about half an hour. Overall, i would use the service again - it beats dropping off a few miles fro mthe airprot and getting coutesy buses.

I booked meet and greet, followed all instructions as requested(phoned on landing, and again when luggage was collected) but still had to wait ten minutes late at night in the freezing cold with my six year old in her PJ's.... Which is kinda the reason I used this service!

Very good I would use them again. Just a short wait before they arrived when we were leaving for our flight but as this was at 4.15am perhaps understandable. It did make us have to rush a bit for checking in though.

A prompt and convenient service which we would use again and recommend to others.

Very good service, only had to wait for 5 mins when arriving and returning so much easier than using airport car parks. Will use this company next time we have to travel.

Excellent service, only problem that the amendment from north to south terminal was forgotten when we returned to Gatwick and we had to wait a little longer than expected. Other than that everything handled very efficiently. Thank you

I've had better service from you before. We had to wait 10 mins for the person to arrive when we dropped the car off, but they were there waiting for us - pick up has definately improved with the call on landing and the call again once after customs see you again in march

A reasonably priced 'no frills' service. I have not rated them with a 5 because, we called on arrival at 'drop-off' and the man on the phone couldn't find our booking on the computer that had been completed 3 days before, but sent out a driver who was 5 minutes away. He took 20 minutes to arrive, checked over the car, found our booking on a print-off which matched our voucher, I signed a form and he was away. Job done. On our return the process was smoother, but we had to pay £5 because our flight was 2 hrs late . Storage fee I suppose. Must be in the small print. All said, I would use Park&Go again unless I found a quicker cheaper alternative.
